ALL SALES HERE AT UMI ESSENTIAL CARE ARE FINAL! WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. WITH THE EXCEPTION TO AN ORDER PROCESSED INCORRECTLY!

All products are individually checked multiple times before shipment and packaged in protective packaging for the safety of the product delivery.  

Cancellations:

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel for a refund. 

Payment:

We accept payments in the form of; PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

At this time we are unable to accept any of the following forms of payment: Money orders, Cashier’s Check, Personal Checks or Company Checks. 

Sales Tax: 

All orders shipped will be charged the applicable North Carolina 6.75% sales tax rate.
