Processing time is currently 3-5 BUSINESS days (does not include weekends)

You, the CUSTOMER, are responsible for entering the correct/ preferred shipping address. NO REFUND will be given due to this mistake. NO REPLACEMENT will be shipped due to this mistake.

Standard Shipping: Subject to our processing time. All Standard orders are shipped in the order they were received. 

Expedited Shipping: Subject to our processing time. All Expedited orders "skip the line". These orders are shipped first at the beginning of every working day.

Current Delivery Time (USA Only)
After you have received your tracking information, allow up to 5 business days for your order to be delivered. Keep up to date with the status of your package by using your tracking number. 

Missing Package? Contact your local USPS or UPS with your tracking number in hand. They will thoroughly investigate their delivery.
